Why amplitude exercise matters for PD
With Parkinson’s, movements often become slower (bradykinesia) and smaller (hypokinesia). And tasks that once felt automatic — like walking, swinging your arms, or turning—
may require more effort and focus.
That’s why it’s so important to train the brain and body together. Amplitude training helps retrain those automatic patterns, teaching you to move bigger, stronger, and more confidently so daily life feels easier and less frustrating.
