Moved by Movement is a mobile and virtual fitness training and wellness practice serving those with Parkinson’s disease. Our goal is to provide you with best practices, tips, and tools so that you can move and exercise with confidence to be your healthiest self.

Have you graduated from physical therapy — or were encouraged to exercise — and need guidance and support?

Moved by Movement provides guided, individualized exercise from a Parkinson’s specialist. We work together in the real world like in your home or at your local park. We help you learn how to exercise effectively and confidently to change the trajectory of your Parkinson’s.

Exercise is a vital part of maintaining our health, and this could not be more important for those with Parkinson’s. Research shows that movement and exercise are more powerful at improving your Parkinson’s symptoms than medication alone.
