✔ You're already exercising, but you're not sure you're doing the right kinds of exercise for Parkinson's.
✔ You want a clear plan instead of piecing together information from YouTube, Google, and social media.
✔ You want to stay active and independent for as long as possible.
If so, you're in the right place.
Introducing Parkinson's
Exercise Foundations
This guided six week online program gives you a clear roadmap for building a Parkinson's specific exercise routine. Through a structured daily plan, you'll learn not only what exercises to do, but why they matter, how often to do them, and how to safely progress over time.
Many people who join this program are already exercising, walking, going to the gym, or working with a physical therapist. The goal isn't to stop what you are doing if you’re already exercising, but to give you guidance and make it better. It's to help you understand how to make your exercise routine more Parkinson's specific so you can spend your time focusing on the exercises most likely to improve walking, balance, mobility, and everyday movement.
Over six weeks, you'll learn the three essential pillars of an evidence based Parkinson's exercise program:
Amplitude Training
Learn how to move bigger, smoother, and with more intention using Parkinson's specific PWR!Moves. You'll discover how amplitude training helps reduce stiffness and slowness while making everyday movements like standing up, turning, reaching, and walking feel easier and more automatic.
Walking Training
Improve your stride length, arm swing, posture, walking speed, endurance, and overall confidence with a progressive walking program designed specifically for Parkinson's. You'll also learn practical strategies to improve walking in everyday life, not just during exercise.
Aerobic Exercise
Learn how to safely build a higher intensity aerobic exercise program and understand why this type of exercise is one of the most important treatments for Parkinson's. You'll discover how aerobic exercise may help support brain health, naturally increase dopamine availability, improve endurance and energy levels, and potentially slow disease progression over time.
Each lesson is thoughtfully designed to build on the previous day's learning. Through gradual progression and intentional repetition, you'll reinforce the skills you're learning while building an exercise routine that feels practical, manageable, and sustainable for the long term.
Why Parkinson's Exercise Foundations Is Different
There are thousands of Parkinson's exercise videos available online.
This program goes beyond giving you workouts. It teaches you how to exercise for Parkinson's so you understand what you're doing, why it matters, and how to confidently continue long after these six weeks are over.
