    Our services do not meet medical necessity and do not qualify for insurance coverage.

What’s included

Individual wellness sessions provide personalized guided exercise and movement for 60-minutes per session. You decide the location, and we provide the tips, tools, and equipment to help you move!

Here is what to expect…

Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation (90-minutes): During the evaluation, we will learn about you, assess your gross and fine movement, screen for rehabilitation needs, interpret the results of testing, discuss where your testing matches up to age norms and create a plan of action to meet your fitness, and movement goals. All testing information will be provided in a comprehensive downloadable report for you. This is great information to benchmark your health, and fitness, and reassess every 6 months to one year.

Here is an example of what your fitness assessment could look like.

Wellness Session (60-minutes): After our evaluation, the wellness sessions will be tailored to your needs week after week.

This could include amplitude-based training, aerobic training, coordination training, axial mobility, flexibility, balance training, postural training, strengthening, functional mobility training, and manual intervention.

PWR! Moves, and concepts of LSVT BIG protocol are heavily utilized in sessions to combat multiple symptoms of Parkinson’s as well as progressive aerobic training for positive brain changes.
